My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were exceptionally clean but had a lingering nicotine odor, and despite the air conditioning being on full blast, the heat was still uncomfortable. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, which was a refreshing change from my previous experiences in Italy last summer.
